fore 1348 the Borko family had a knight castle erected on a hill separating two lakes. On a man-made earth-work a dwelling house was situated encircled by the embankments. In the castle's neighborhood a settlement was granted its civic rights. In the late 16th century the city and (probably) the castle got burned by fire. The castle was never restored. On the site of the castle a wooden manor was raised and existed until the end of the World War II.
