e castle in Ujazd was erected not later than in the 15th century. In 1524 it was badly damaged so the owners sold it. In 1580 the castle was pulled down and a new, probably Renaissance castle was built for the bishops of Wrocław. The rebuilding works took place in the 17th and 19th centuries. It was damaged during the World War II.
