he castle was erected in the Middle Ages, and received its present shape during the reconstruction in the 16th or 17th century. It is built on a horseshoe plan, the wings have two and three storeys. From the original castle, the cellars remained, in which barrel vaults, and a Gothic portal in one of the wings from the side of the courtyard have been preserved. The window frames come from the period of Renaissance reconstruction. The castle was defended by a moat and earth ramparts.
