Castle in Krotoszyn

he castle, which was the seat of the founders of the town of Krotoski, was probably erected at the same time as the town was founded in 1415. Later, it was owned by the Niewieski, Rozdrażewski and Gałecki families. There are no clear premises saying where the castle was located. It is most likely that the present palace erected in 1692 by the Gałecki family stands in the place of the castle, perhaps containing some of its remains in the cellars.
