Castle in Górzno

here is no trace of the bishop's castle that once existed here today. Erected by bishops of Płock, the castle was first mentioned in 1325. During the invasion of the Swedes in 1656, it was seriously damaged and abandoned by its owners. A century later, in 1765, the ruins were demolished for building material for the parish church.
