Castle in Góra

he castle existed in today's Staromiejska Street. It was erected at the turn of the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, probably in the place of a previously existing stronghold. It was included within the town walls and was built on a quadrilateral plan with round towers at the corners. After the reconstruction into a prison, the original interiors lost their original appearance in the 19th century. Only fragments of the façades have survived from the former castle and a square tower. In 1960, the last restoration of the buildings took place.
