Castle in Głubczyce

n 1107, there was a stronghold here. When in the second half of the twelfth century the town was surrounded by walls, there was probably a castle within it, which was the property of the Knights Hospitaller. They held patronage over the local church.

Later, there was still a Renaissance castle here, but the lack of detailed research does not allow for a connection with a medieval castle.
