was a lower and upper castle, housing in 1422-1424 two princely mansions: in the southern part of Bolek, in the northern part - Przemysł.
It was destroyed by fires in 1484, 1520, 1528, 1552, 1570 and 1603. During the Thirty Years' War, it was occupied several times by the Swedish army, and later by the Austrian army. Almost completely destroyed in the second half of the seventeenth century, and in 1839 the walls of the castle and defensive fortifications were finally demolished.
The tower, rotunda and the remains of the ground floor walls have been preserved, as well as the remains of the corner, round tower in the lower parts of the artificial ruins. The Piast Tower is located on the top of the hill, in its north-western part. Gothic, in the lower parts from the first half of the fourteenth century, extended in the fifteenth century. Restored in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. It was built of unworked stone with the use of ashlar at the corners and in the window frames, in the upper parts of brick with a Polish bond; battlements complemented

by newer bricks. On a square plan, with a wider plinth at the base and a step in the middle of the height of the walls. With a basement, extensive cellars cover the adjacent area. Five-storey. The windows are square, rectangular and have pointed arches and semicircles. In the upper part of the walls, there is a porch supported by corbels, with machicolations and battlements. On the corners, there are Gothic coats of arms, from the end of the 14th century, made of stone, with Piast eagles excavated in shallow relief, heavily damaged.
